Kansas City Bone & Joint utilizes the skills of Nurse Practitioners, sometimes referred to as an NP or APRN, to assist in surgery and see patients in clinic. These providers are able to evaluate, treat and prescribe medications if needed. Many times they are able to see patients urgently the same day.
