Adriane Arnold, DNP, FNP-C

I started at Kansas City Bone and Joint Clinic in December of 2017, working along side Dr. Atul Patel. I studied at William Jewell College for my undergraduate education. I have degrees in Violin Performance, Music Composition, Applied Critical Thought & Inquiry, and an Accelerated Track Bachelor’s of Nursing Science degree.

Additionally, I completed my Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree at the University of Kansas. I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Each year I also participate in the AANP National Conference.

I am definitely passionate about sports and physical medicine because I grew up swimming competitively. I traveled the country competing and then coached a local team of about 200 swimmers aged 3-18 years old. It was natural to develop a connection to physical medicine because of this. I also worked for several years as an RN on a neuroscience progressive care unit which created a strong foundation and understanding or rehabilitation.

During my doctoral education, I completed clinical rotations with physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) teams, which solidified my desire to work with this patient population in maximizing function and quality of life. When not at work, I love playing with my two dogs, both boxers. I can also be found at the gym or the lake. My husband and I love going on adventures such as hiking and camping or trying new restaurants.
