appointments. Our physicians do everything they can to get you back to work safely as soon as possible. At each visit to our office, you will be given a work comp status report which includes your diagnosis, treatment plan, and any work restrictions needed. These restrictions are based on what you can currently do physically and not necessarily what your usual job duties are. Your employer will determine if there is any work available for you to do while adhering to your individual restrictions. The physician will modify or remove your restrictions as you improve. Once your injury is improved, your physician will release you from our care. If you feel you need further treatment for the same injury after this time, you will need to contact your work comp carrier and get authorization for further treatment.

The physicians and staff at Kansas City Bone & Joint Clinic will do everything we can to ensure a good outcome, smooth process, and protect your benefits at the same time. If you have questions, please call. We have dedicated staff to assist you with any questions regarding your work comp injury.
