Shoulder Pain & Injury – Services Overview

We at Kansas City Bone & Joint Clinic want to get you back to your normal activities as soon as possible. The shoulder is an important structure that is responsible for overhead motion and if painful can limit daily activities.

The shoulder, referred to as a ball and socket joint, is where the upper arm bone (humerus) fits into the socket. To keep this joint in a stable position, the shoulder must be anchored by muscles/tendons (rotator cuff) and ligaments. Because the shoulder can be unstable, it is the site of many common problems. Our team of specialists at KCBJ can evaluate your shoulder and determine the best course of treatment for your problem. Please contact our office for further evaluation of your shoulder pain.
