Continuity of care is important and it is our goal to send our clinic notes to you in a timely manner and keep you up to date with our treatment plan for your patient.
We have same day appointments! Please know our same day appointments for urgent issues may be scheduled with our certified Physician’s Assistants or Nurse Practitioners when a physician is not available.
We Accept Workers’ Comp Patients
In all workers’ compensation cases, prior to being seen, we must have a written acceptance of financial responsibility from the employer or their insurance company. If there was previous treatment for this injury, all records and X-ray images and reports are required at the time of the exam.
Turnaround
We strive to see new workman’s comp patients within a week and attempt urgent requests more timely.
After each visit we provide a work status report. This form will be given to the patient at the visit and faxed to the appropriate case manager or insurance.
Medical Legal
We have several physicians who perform independent medical exams (IMEs).
