First step to secure messaging is creating an account
So you have created your account on our portal and now you want to send us a secure message.
Well it is easy. That’s the point right- an easy way to send us a message.
- Simply go to our website at www.kcbj.com and click the orange send a secure message
- Log in and go to ‘Ask a Question’
- There are a couple options to choose from and each section has staff to choose from. If you are unsure, simply choose one- we will make sure the correct person gets the message
- It is helpful to put in the subject what your question is about, and then ask away.
- We will send you a response through the portal when appropriate, but please understand some situations need to be handled by phone.
- You will receive an email notifying you of a new message; you can then log in to your account and access your message.
Please note, while you can send us a message 24 hours a day 7 days a week, these messages are only handled during normal business hours. If you have an urgent issue, please call the office at 913-381-5225. Our phones are answered by an answering service outside of normal hours and they can page an on-call provider.
