We had to say good bye to a couple of wonderful women that have made our office a family. They have put in their years of service and are off to live the life of the retired. Congratulations Pearl and Joyce. You two will surely be missed.
What’s interesting is that Joyce was hired 09/15/2003 and Pearl was hired 09/22/2003, one week apart. They also retired one week apart!
Joyce was hired for the switchboard and stayed there until she moved to registration and reception several years ago.
Pearl was hired in the file room and worked there until we started EMR back in 2005 then she moved to reception at the Menorah office, and when we moved to this office in 2007 when she was moved to registration since we didn’t have a file room at this location.
The front desk has been a place where smiles are a never short and jokes and jibes are plenty.
Enjoy your retirement ladies. You more than deserve it.
