Most people have PIP (personal injury protection) or Medical on their auto policies. This covers most injuries from the accident, up to a certain dollar amount. Then a person can use their own medical insurance like BCBS, Aetna, etc. for any remaining balances. Most private insurances that you get from your employer, or that you pay out of pocket for, will not cover a Motor Vehicle Accident until all the Auto insurance is exhausted.

We do not bill third party, meaning we will not bill the other person at fault.
