If I am a Self pay, what arrangements can I make?

We require a minimum of $250 (two hundred fifty dollars) be brought with you on the first visit.  We will bill any balance to you.  If you require surgery, our office requires a payment of 50% of the surgeon’s fee up front and we will provide a bill to you for remaining portions.  You will need to make separate arrangements with the surgical facility or other physicians not part of Kansas City Bone & Joint Clinic.
