Hilary’s Must Have: Mothers Frosted Cranberry Squares

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays.  It is all about family, friends and food.  My mom was an amazing cook anyway but we made her special cranberry salad every year. It is not your traditional cranberry dish and once I take it somewhere, the recipe is requested. My mom developed Alzheimer’s in 1987 and passed away in 1995 so I sadly didn’t learn as much about cooking from her as I would have liked. (more…)
